Watching the News report again - I have to ask the same question! If this is just an artist's piece, why doesn't the News report state that? The report seems to indicate that it is real!!

The News media appears to be saying that it is a real find! If it was just an art exhibit, you would think that they would've known this and reported it accordingly.

Once the soft tissues are gone, the bones will disarticulate. The snake ribs form a perfect fan like circle around the thigh of the "giant". No way this is real. If it was, the snake and human bones would have been in a jumbled pile.

If this only an art exhibit, and I am not saying it's not, then why doesn't the News report just say so? After all, an art exhibition of this nature would be just as Newsworthy!

I am open to either possibility and I agree that artists are capable of incredibly realistic works of art, but this art exhibition story can be just as much a manufactured story as the possibility of it being real!

It has nothing to do with stupidity. It has to do with being skeptical of source reporting since there is a ton of fake news, misinfo, disinfo, propaganda and counterintelligence out there. You should be well aware of this by now.

It definitely appears that he created this scene and that he has also more than one model of the skeleton and snake at different scales. So how can we be sure that he hasn't just copied it for art's sake? Or maybe he was commissioned to copy it for plausible deniability! He even talks about real and imaginary seemingly raising the doubt!

I actually thought this as well when I first saw it, but it does depend also on the soil conditions and how quickly it was covered. Being so 3D doesn't look right but there may be factors involved that may allow for this 'held together' appearance. However, I am no expert in these matters, so I would bow to the experts on this.

Still, why isn't the fact that it is an art exhibit covered by the media? Surely they would this have known before covering it as a legitimate find?
