I believe Obama and the progressive/communist Democrats are a symptom, not the cause. Remember when we didn't "have" to have laws over every little bit of behavior? That was because we were culturally and/or religiously indoctrinated to behave decently to one another. That doesn't happen any more.

I have been undergoing what I would call "mini-life-reviews" so there might be something in what you are saying.

I was personally saved by Jesus when I realized that no human could save me and I held on to Him with everything in my being.

I was not really a believer and am no bible thumper, but I don't complain about them because someone has to carry the Word.

Even after my spiritual experiences, the day to day of interacting with people is difficult.

Well. Ive noticed that trolling GLP isnt what it used to be. What once brought me a quick laugh now brings a sort of regret; like stealing money from someone who later has their house burn down. Something of a dirty feeling now. So to the OP. Yes. This worsening of society I think is real and can be felt and noticed on many levels.

Xenoestrogens and hormone disrupters block thyroid impairing dopamine production. It makes people stupider and more impulsive.

Bad people see the signs of hypothyroid—the teddy bear fat distribution and jowls— and recognize an easy mark—a likely victim.

I was affected. I have an unusually high baseline intelligence.

I became poor. I got to see how the Medicaid patient with hypothyroid fat and jowls gets treated. In a progressive blue state I was treated much better, but no one was allowed to tell me directly what my problem was—onlybrefer me to functional medical specialist—and them only overeducated underemployed mental health techs could do so—looking over their shoulders—doctors and nurses could not and some wanted to cry for shame at their enslavement.

Red state doctors laughed in my fattened face and lied their heads off. They wanted to do an unnecessary hysterectomy, because it paid or because they hate women who orgasm.

Two things make people worse.

Some are made stupid and giddy by hormonal disruption from our poisoned factory food.

Some are made predatory and contemptuous by the gillabilitubof the dumbed down and now stupefied population.

I have found that meeting others with courtesy, integrity and compassion enrages the very corrupt but restores the basically good but slipping.

I’ve seen good men doing the same antics as all the rest, then startle and remember how their mamas raised them.

It takes nerves of steel sometimes. The great skill is to remain grounded and to stay compassionate, as they lose their minds. You HAVE to hold them in positive regard or they feel shamed and shame seeks to destroy one who sees its shameful state.

For now it works. When they start frenzying and berzerking it won’t.
