My question is why doesn’t the parent get the original receipt they signed and the state keep the copies to make certified copies in case you lose the ogrinal. You look at it like any other transaction where you would get at least one of the carbonless paper copies but you don’t get none of the 5 documents, you get certified copy of original or if original has been destroyed due to flood
