(Meredith) — A Florida groomer was arrested after police said he attacked a veteran's service dog, breaking the animal's tail so badly that it had to be amputated.

Video captured him grabbing the dog's tail while swinging the animal off the ground, causing the tail to be "twisted a full 360 degrees and to be broken to the extent it could not be reattached
