We don't need regulation, just decriminalize it FFS! I don't need the government in my life anymore than it already is!  that's what im sayin. is decriminalization something that could be exec ordered?? would help his fetynol issue maybe after enough people smoke, people will learn to govern themselves. Decriminalization is certainly an option...but it does not provide adequate protection for the consumer. For example...if you buy a bag of weed from your dealer and it is laced with something that effects your health (negatively)...you have NO recourse. Buy purchasing your weed from a Licensed and Legally Compliant provider, you are guaranteed a certain quality (product labels similar to "Nutrition Facts") and in the event something is wrong with the batch/lot you purchased from (Seed to Sale software) and can be removed from all shelves...not unlike any re-call of a food or medicinal product. Let's say you find mold in your legally purchased weed...You will get it replaced or reimbursed...try that with your current dealer...LOL. I could go on and on about this.
