EXACTLY what I'm talking about. Regulation on the Cultivation, Processing and Packaging of Cannabis products (dry, oils, powder, etc) are an absolute requirement in a legal environment.

Imagine smoking some weed that was grown with toxic pesticides (because the grower could buy it cheap)...or as the poster above states...mold in the weed...not good for the smoker.

Or how about the processor who doesn't clean his machines or uses inappropriate chemicals in the process, or the people that are touching the plant during trimming/packaging...any multitude of mishaps can happen.
