I've been screaming about cars killing bicyclists for years. It's not an accident, it's murder.

Look in to the case beyond the apparently outrageous headline. She was not intoxicated, she accidentally hit pedestrians who weren't even supposed to be in the road.

pedestrians -> dark cloth after sun set, cross street where they're not suppose to, carry a young child, dont look before crossing the street

its a tragic accident but the pedestrians should have seen the jeep
