It looks as though a few of those cupcakes have a cream filling ...  One even has the clit sewn shut. Bet she thought she had all her diversity bases covered.  No, you are seeing it upside down. The 3rd vagina on the 2nd row has stitches on the taint (to make it tighter probably)..
