I saw a writing he put on Facebook today about plasma rings around the sun, it was interesting enough I read it - seeing this too . . .

You know culverts can be had very cheap. You can get them in any size...10x30 is my favorite...buried at ground level make for a quick easy indestructible shelter for just about anything. Livestock...vehicles...RV"S.....PEOPLE....
Just dump dirt on both sides and over the top...wind...hail...tornados....earthquakes...a culvert can take it and stays together....
