I find that Hawthorn berry with magnesium taurate and potassium gluconate helps. I have a big bag of powdered hawthorn berry, I just take a heaping teaspoon and mix it well in hot water with a bit of honey. It's gritty but truly seems to help. |

Then Mother planet will be done ingesting her latest meal and we shall see if she Burps...or Farts...or has an Upset Stomach.... I think the White Hats have everything under control for now...Lets just hope come 2020 they all burn in hell with their Green New Death Deal....and 4 more years takes 20 from their plans of doom and Guidestone wish list for the planet... and those of us that inhabit it....
