I was thinking the same thing NOLA. Guess we shall know soon with the Dec 15th being a larger wave. I have been sleeping very well, which I don't understand. Guess I am getting calloused or something.
I am in N Colorado, and not real happy with the rate I am burning my firewood. Man it is cold up here.

Wood burning furnace. Really cold 19 right now. Still cutting daily have about 5 cords stacked. Using way more than last year. Me Too Guys...Cutting more wood today before the snow really hits here....haven't even had a skiff yet but its coming...Its been minus 12 here at night and the frost is in the ground now pretty deep....Its supposed to warm up and that is going to bring the snow.... Maybe its just me but even when my stove is full and with good Fir and its roaring my home feels cold still... I am putting 6ml plastic on all my windows today....All of them and then Plywood on top of that on all my lower windows...I know will be darker...but with the expected increase in winds and a hard winter and working out of town...its for protection and protection of all variants... Don't want to be doing it late during a storm or after its really cold...getting it done now....today....
