This makes 2 plants in as many days on fire in the Houston area.

OP, my brother lives 15 miles from whatever was going on last night - two tanks at that point - and was sheltering in place. I've never heard of so many tanks going off at once, and am from Houston, having seen these things happen over the years. He's in Pearland.

I am originally from there as well. I’ve heard of plants catching fire all my life, but this one is off. The one yesterday in Baytown was off also.
