Emotional unstable, not coherent thought, no future vision except for instigating wars, chaos operandi, bipolar, strongly ego centric, no empathy, life sucking out of humankind, etc. Oh and not forget, money orientated as a bargain chip for getting ways done their way (but never enough).

Forget 30% more brain (and think capacity), they are in a state of neverending schock. And we can't blame them for their mental state as they survived Earth cataclysm some 12.000 years ago.
