During a recent class, Minden told a foreign student who was using an online translation system on a cell phone that the student should “learn English,” according to a local newspaper report. The unidentified student evidently was not bothered over the suggestion, but others in the class were offended and an “hourlong discussion” ensued in the engineering class which focuses on embedded systems. During the discussion things apparently got heated and many students in the class became very upset.

An online translation system on a cell phone. We know how those work. Almost as well as the predictive text and auto-correct.

When I was in college we'd have lectures every now and again lead by Chink graduate student TA's who literally could not speak English.

It was a total waste of time even being there.

Since the libs took over the schools it has become almost worthless for anything other than indoctrination.

It's why private schools and charter schools and homeschooling is booming.

Charter schools are still public; they are worse on the libtardation scale.

Many private schools do, yes. But they are price prohibitive for many.

Edit to clarify, in grade and high school private tends to be better. Private U's have largely gone in the tank.

The professor should give the final in a mixture of languages. A question in Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, Latin, Linear A and B, Swahili, and Navajo. When making the questions the professor should made every question so wordy as to make translation nearly impossible in any coherent sense. The problems should also be so difficult that even given in the English language the average score would be 50% correct.

Then fail them all.
