The Egyptians didn't build the pyramids of Giza any more than than the central and south American Hispanics built those. They merely discovered and occupied them. Like the Nasca lines. Not a chance in hell a primitive people could level off an entire mountain range like that. Even with modern explosives and earth moving equipment it would take many decades, at the least. Bottom line here is there is a lot of bullshit that has been fed to us, and suppressed, when it comes to human history and previous civilizations.

I've always said that the pyramids were bomb shelters. What better place above ground to survive a nuclear blast?

I think that the labyrinths beneath the pyramids were probably laboratories of some kind, where they performed gene splicing and that sort of thing. That's probably where humanity was born with all of its subraces, genes from various animals were used and humanity is probably still undergoing experimentation.

The pyramids sit atop an entrance to Inner Earth.
Mammoth Cave, Kentucky is another such entrance.
The Cumberland Plateau is riddled with caves.
Many military bases were built to guard such entrances.
