Our friends, family, coworkers.... Many were mislead and they need our help.

I am working to foment this attitude. I have a lifelong friend coming to visit in a few days and she is a foaming liberal with derangement syndrome.

I hope to smile and avoid conflict with her. It's difficult, because she drinks and I do not, so I see her get more and more emotionally distraught and I work to find common ground and insert reason and slide in some facts.

But my purpose is to create understanding, not stand on her chest and scream out my anger at the past years.

I'll disagree... I don't think it is ever too soon to put our differences behind us and work towards peace.
If America isn't split and divided, we can do anything.
