TRUMP: "After three years of lies and smears and slander, the Russia hoax is finally dead. The collusion delusion is over. The special counsel completed its report and found no collusion and no obstruction. ...Total exoneration, complete vindication." — rally.

THE FACTS: Mueller did not exonerate or vindicate Trump in "total" in the Russia probe.

Mueller's exact words in the report, as quoted by Attorney General William Barr, say: "While this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him."

I do so hesitate to address an aggressive denier, but in the event that you are simply misled/ignorant, one CANNOT be exonerated from a crime on has not committed, or been accused of. SO, since there was NO CRIME accusation, this was only a 'search' for anything, HOW ON EARTH can one be exonerated from something that doesn't exist?
Check the law.
We are (or at least used to be) a country with a rule of law.
Do read up, and you will be amazed and liberated.
It is a great feeling, that freedom from the 'shroud'.

So why did Trump say Mueller's report exonerated him?
