Actually, yeah, there is a statute of limitations, and delaying the game with Q type misdirection is a perfect strategy to "run out the clock". The argument that it would cause civil unrest to prosecute the bad guys is a bogus argument. There's no problem with them immediately prosecuting our guys is there? How the fuck is Q effecting what Barr, Huber and others in the DOJ are doing? The Office of Inspector General Report is coming up. Trump has promised to declass the FISA reports and Federal Prosecutor John Huber has been working for 18 months on the Clinton Foundation. Perhaps people must smarter than you are planning this out.
