Just as an FYI for those that care to know how to escape the spell casting clusterfuck we do reside in.. Whenever someone is projecting something, take it and do not one up the subject as this will not work out and you will have accepted the spell. Instead it is wise to acknowledge whatever it is and take it one down a level. It is humbling, but it is the only way to not get involved in a witch-o-war with everyone we meet. Oddly, i have noticed much less resistance Go figure I started doing this a few years ago...it would really really piss me off when people said I "should" do something so I try not to use it in my vocabulary. It took some retraining and I still catch myself sometimes but I also then realized how much I used it and felt it was important to make that shift. |

Hum I think each situation is different. I typically try not to let the conversation spiral downward or feed their negative energy. Often times people who are negative are searching for fuel in the form of other negative energy so changing conversation topics or just telling them you dont feel like engaging. |
