So much truth.

The challenge is re-training ourselves in what we say. There is also the layers of belief in our minds and hearts about what we say.

Whatever follows the words "I Am..." is very powerful!

Inner speech (thoughts) also carry a vibration. Everything does in fact.

So the posters question about writing - yes. Also carries a vibration. The difference there is how long it lasts.

If you could see the waves of speech - it is like a bubble starting from your mouth and traveling out in all directions.

Knowing this, all words travel through our bodies directly (and thoughts.)

There is a huge link to health in that last statement.
