AC, I’m not going to go through the legality of it again. It is fully legal and doesn’t require an amendment to the constitution. Lookup interstate popular vote compact. Educate yourself and stop this before it goes further. It is unconstitutional. That said, the courts are corrupt, and often allowed unconstitutional things to stand. |

Article I, Section 10 clearly prohibits states for enacting laws that bind their actions with the actions of other states WITHOUT CONSENT OF FEDERAL CONGRESS (Which means a bill through the House, the Senate, then signed by the president) |
