Word I am getting from a couple of sources in the know is that it will occur within a few years. Off planet will probably be the safest bet and I suspect there will soon be a move to get many going in that direction. I also believe part of CERN's purpose is to create a wormhole by which the entire planet can be moved to another location. Just speculation on my part though.
