Russia has deployed reconnaissance and attack ships in the Black Sea to carry out monitoring activities and respond to possible unwanted incidents during theNATO Sea Shield 2019 exercises, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense. The front row seat to see what they got. Most of the time the Russian ships have problems and have to leave of be towed. Happens more than one would think. Really nothing new.

I think its people bitching that NATO surrounds Russia/China.........so its their way of saying, how the hell do you think we are supposed to feel being boxed in by NATO. Pretty sure that's what the map is meant to convey.
