(OP) User ID: 77522802 United States 04/08/2019 06:18 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | According to the original BREXIT referendum, if no deal was reached by a certain date (already passed), Britain was supposed to be out of the EU anyhow. Then they sought a delay. Now they passed legislation making a HARD, no deal exit illegal. This will soon turn into an effort to hold a second referendum (aka a DO OVER) because the desired outcome of TPTB was not achieved the first time around. It was beaten to death by an aware public. So they are taking the slimy back channel to keep Britain in the EU. |

It was then delayed and delayed and delayed. To date, 214 year later, IT HAS STILL NOT BEEN PAID. - After it was agreed that Ireland would become independent in 1922, it was agreed that the official border would be settled by a committee, but, as a backstop, a temporary one would be set in which the North-Eastern most 6 counties would remain as part of Britain for the few weeks until the committee met. The meeting of the committee was delayed and delayed and delayed. To date, 97 years later, it has STILL NOT MET. |

If true, they just flipped off more than half of the voters. Interesting though how a second vote would turn out after all the carnage that has occured. It would be either rigged or all those so called 17-25 year old invaders would vote to stay in the EU. |

So, the EU motherfuckers have paid-off the British Parliament to the tunes of Millions of dollars for each fucking seat. If you don't get this you are dumb as a box of cocks. |

Actually she has a lot of power she just never chose to exercise. (Like firing everyone in Parliament) England is a Monarchy, but the current Queen loathes to use the powers at her disposal and enter politics. |

User ID: 77407338 Nepal 04/08/2019 07:43 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The majority of the people voted to leave which annoyed the gov't cos they are invested in Europe and so they have deliberately fudged it all and laid on the fear mongering thick so as to minimise any backlash when we end up staying in or go with a truly terrible deal for everyone except the gov't themselves and their interested partners/corporations etc. We are powerless to stop it cos no matter what, they will do what they want in our best interests cos they think we are too stupid and made a mistake first time around so a 2nd ref may be coming.... It is complete bs but what to do?? Tories have just about committed suicide over this and will be done after this, no right side politics in the UK after this - part of a global, anti conservative agenda imo. |
