Souls that have created on this planet for a really long time have the greatest connection to other souls. Their thoughts resonate with a much bigger group of souls, souls they have had contact with over many lives.

If you are an experienced soul on this planet you may notice synchronicities all the time. It's because your thoughts synchronize with a great number of souls.

Shared DNA also plays into shared thoughts. It's obvious with immediate family members, but I'm not sure how far it goes with more distant relatives.

When your physical body is compromised, your energy body is also compromised, because more of your energy goes to deal with the physical compromise.

When your physical body is compromised, either through injury or bad foods, you may notice an uptick in nightmares, because your energy body's defenses are weakened.
