Great Post !
Just a simple reminder each day helps lead me up the vibration scale
One helpful solution I use often is - When I encounter a problem, struggle ... I can eventually get past it by asking myself "what have I learned from this ?" and usually move onward & upward !
Anticipating more input from your outer & inner senses will bring more input - just like a natural exercise.
Expect Good Things !
