I am glad and humbled by both of you, indeed OP, I owed you for you advice on grounding our energetic body in bare feet. Long story but both my wife and I had the opportunity (by chance or was it preordained?) to stand bare feet in a freshwater creek during a perigee full moon. It was uplifting and had you not written your post I would have just driven on through that creek that night. Thank you dear soul. Since that time our lives have been changed...nobler, less cluttered and back on track for our ascension home.
