Well - he spit on her. Left. Returned an hour later and that is when she shot him when he was driving away or sitting in his car. There is zero details of his return trip in which he got shot though.

In theory but in practice when the cops get there they will simply take a report and say "Oh well, we have no idea who he was or where to find him.

On 032319 at 7:53 PM, Mingo Valley Division Officers responded to an injury crash at Wal-Mart, 3116 S. Garnett. It turned out the driver, Desean Tallent, had been shot once in the upper torso and later died from his injury.

Monday, Detective Leatherman and Detective White found QT video across from the Arby's at 4100 S. Garnett. It turned out that Desean Tallent had been involved in an altercation at the Arby's that ended with him making threats to the manager and spitting in her face.

He promised to come back and hurt her and about an hour later, came back. Officers were flagged down by the manager, and did a report on the incident, naming Tallent as the assault suspect.

When Tallent came back and circled the lot, the manager, Deionna Young, ran outside and got into her car. She followed him down Garnett and both vehicles braking and playing cat and mouse. She shot at Tallent and then drove back to work.

Homicide and Warrants served a warrant on Young's apartment and found a pistol, but Young claims she destroyed the murder weapon.

Young fully confessed and is showing us where she dumped the gun parts. She will be arrested and booked for First Degree Murder.

They have a black announcer, use rap music sounds as a theme song when they say 'We have the Meats'

After more than a year of that commercial being on the air the company changed the ad to clarify.

They added to the rap music slogan 'we have the meats' with white guy at the end, in front of a row of sandwiches, saying 'FOR SANDWICHES'

Maybe you did not know, their main customer base is in big cities, where the largest population of 'African' people are located.

These people have a certain way of speaking. It is very dumbed down sounding.

In my 41 one years of seeing commercials.. they all have changed recently to cater to black people as part of social conditioning.

You think ' We have the Meats ' sounds normal? Educated people do not speak this way and no other Arbies commercial in the past had a black announcer with rap music saying a dumbed down phrase 'We Have the Meats'
