Why would Gorka know anything about Q? Very few people know who Q is. Could you imagine the consequences to Trump if Q's identity came out?

Regardless if Q is "in" with Trump or not, just the simple fact that Q is "pretending" to be a mouthpiece for Trump would be detrimental to Trump.
