The most powerful microwave on the consumer market won't be more than 1500 watts, so it won't trip 15 amp breakers.

I wouldn't recommend any microwave for heating food and drinks, but I sense you've got a different application in mind.

What's with the vehicles? Well consider this AC. ALL vehicles on this planet are composed of metal. Helicopters,
jets, cars, trains, etc. When you put aluminum foil into a microwave it catches on fire because of the MASER's (Microwave Amplified Stimulated Emission of Radiation) that
is focused onto the metal. What if a police officer pulled you over while driving in your truck and your friend in the back of the truck had a ray gun and pointed it at the officer while he was in his car? The car in theory shouldn't protect him at all and he is completely vulnerable either inside or outside of his police cruiser.

So big deal, he radio's dispatch and dispatch gets a police
helicopter...they'll go down to. So they get a canine unit...big deal, you melt the dogs from the inside out...you would be instoppable for a while before the FBI and then the military were called in to stop you.
