The tech, though considered throw away by higher civilizations, is miraculous by ours, and its already been given, and the global elites and deep state are not sharing, but are running a torture chamber earth for all life within it.

For ex. Dolphins/Whales/Ceteceans have been asking for freedom and release from earth for a long time.

Who would have thought it would be done due to their criminal abuse and mismanagement of the oceans?

And yet the technology, the throw away tech by cosmic standards, low grade tech, can clean up earth in less than a year including all radiations.

Its time for people to ask for them to help and assist. And your soul knows who is who, so go within, meditate under the stars, if you want give the bad ones heck first, and shake your fists at them and remind them their time is limited and they will be rounded up, and be afraid of nothing when you're love and Ask For the Good And Love from Higher Mind to help now as its urgent, to wake everyone up. Everyone ate the poisoned apple and they're in the glass cage and its time to wake up.

This lasted for possibly 5-10 minutes, then this energetic wind came again and they returned to the foot of the moon. But I remembered MOM! And it was a visible sign.
