Why do the saved feel unsaved and the unsaved feel saved?

Because FEAR.

Those who are not saved have no FEAR.

Those who are saved DO.

Its all their hear..burn in hell this and eternal torture that.

Their lives revolve around FEAR.

And we all know fear and faith are OPPOSITES.

And also perfect love CASTS OUT fear.

So if you have FEAR...well...you figure it out.

Fear is evils weapon.

Up is down and down is up.

I struggle with my salvation all of the time OP.

The Bible tells us God is the author and finisher of faith.

Where is my author and finisher when I need Him? :(

He is still writing your book.

Nothing is finnished till you die.

Everyone has a destiny.

You do not die till its fulfilled.

And if that destiny is simply to serve as an example of what NOT to do...then your lif5e will be one big road of FEAR.

Me too.

One thing my I'm seeing is that it is "slowly but surely". Looking back on things that have happened I now realized all things worked together.... And that what I believe were guardian angels have stepped In at many times to help me.

I think it's cause as a kid I was a little sh** and I was beat over the head with scripture... Always being told to burn in hell and what not. I was made to feel hell destined and even though God was being forced on me, even if I tried to know him I was made to feel that I still didnt know him and was never good enough. Meanwhile said person didn't allow me to point out when they were going against God.

I'm realizing how much I'm loved, and that evil hasn't attacked me so much for no reason. Some of the attacks, are my own doing. Others, not so much. I heard from the holy spirit recently something along the lines of "why do you doubt so much child, why do you not understand that you called to Jesus, so he will never forsake you?"

We all need him friend. I know he loves those of us who call to him.

Maybe it is similar to how intelligent people underestimate their intelligence and stupid people think that they are smarter than they are.

Saved people recognize the full weight of what salvation means and also the full weight of what not being saved entails. People who aren't saved have no clue and tend to assume that they are better than they are.

Thats so true.

I know some real stupid people. They do vile things, act arrogant, etc. Yet they accuse me of the things they do and they think they're better cause they get away with their sins and go to church once a week.

It's sick.

I think there is an evil fear or fear that is the opposite of faith, but also a righteous or reverent fear as in the following bible verses:

Proverbs 9:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.

Job 28:28 And He said to man, 'Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, and to turn away from evil is understanding.

Psalm 111:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; all who follow His precepts have a rich understanding. His praise endures forever!

Personally speaking, the more time I spend in the word, prayer or just in praise and worship the less I question my salvation. It is all about the relationship and how much time you devote to it.

Yes yes...ive seen those verses used to justify christians always walking around shaking in their boots frightened of their own shadows.

But the word FEAR used in the co text of those verses is translated as RESPECT...HONOUR...REVERENCE.

NOT TERROR...

But thats all churches preach.

TERROR..ETERNAL MERCILESS SATANIC TORTURE WITH NO END.

FEAR...SATANS GREATEST WEAPON.
