No. Only if the person rejecting you ever accepts you. So, if you have ever been rejected, that just sucks!  There is the chance you only feel rejected and actually are not, so it is all up to you!  Here is some advice on this matter. Not from me cos I have never been rejected!  Why lamenting love lost is easier than bemoaning a missed opportunity... So you have been rejected.
