Nap doesn't think they have a case because lawyers are protected apparently. Especially if they relied on their client comments, or evidence to make their statements. If they defame KNOWING they are making false statements then they are liable. I think the brothers should be suing Smollett because he is still going around saying it wasn't staged. That will let all the evidence come out. I find it strange they are going after the lawyers. One of the penalties for refusing to participate in politics is that you end up being governed by your inferiors. Plato |
