Tell me the last time you have ever heard anything good from the muslim religion. It is always infighting and hostility. They do not offer tranquility or a homogeneous relationship with the people they migrate or associate with.

Unpopular opinion but someone has to say it. I hope and pray no ban against any religious outlook comes to pass. It's a slippery slope and once you justify one what is next? Banning Jehovah's Witnesses because of child porn allegations? Slapping down one sect or another when something happens? Southern Baptists because one church pastor embezzles funds?

It's the same argument as was made when people asked why Westboro or neo-Nazi's were allowed to exist let alone have a voice: The cost of freedom is that everyone gets it, even the ones everyone would rather go away.

That said. Do I see A semi-permanent ban on immigration or severe restrictions from certain terrorist prone nations passing (or being forced through)? Yes. At some point the case just can't be held back for it. Not just as an executive order but as regulation or law.

That line unfortunately will be when a major attack happens on American soil against churches. The Sri Lanka event surprised me only in that it didn't happen here. There was just a vibe to how events happened with and after Notre Dame that had me expecting it on Easter.

Absolute worst case scenario is on my mind a lot lately and I keep defensive options in mind whenever I go out. Not just at work but any building I go into.
