[link to www.godlikeproductions.com] ROFL, whatever Champ. Anyone who thought the USA was the world's do gooder had their head in the sand. We've destroyed the lives of so many to maintain our political, military, and economic domination of this planet for decades. We've used fake revolutions, coups, military takeovers, and supported terrorist organizations to maintain that dominance. Everywhere from Central America to the Middle East and into Europe have out boot print all over it. You want financial independence from the USA? Have fun with your revolution you'll be having in a few short weeks. Disagree with us and you'll see nothing but pain, suffering, chaos, and strife in your region. So yeah, of course the planet is going to get tired of it a fight back. It will probably be unannounced and sudden. All we can do is prepare for it and then live normally. RAGE |

A lot of people, like me, just don’t know enough about the SM to have a personal portfolio that they manage, track, etc. While yes it is earning money like mad, to say that everyone not in it is ‘stupid’ is a bit over the top. Having extra money around to invest and the savvy to really work it just isn’t a reality for a lot of folks. It doesn’t mean we’re all ‘stupid’. Let me vaguely tell you my investments. And 12% is for losers. I bought XX,XXX shares of something in September 2001 and sold them in August 2011 for 94 times my buy price. In December 2011 I took some of that and bought XXX,XXX of something and sold XXX,XXX of that in January 2018. I made two investments based on understanding trends. Anonymous Coward User ID: 77441624 United States 04/24/2019 12:13 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | ... Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77441624 You beclown yourself! I've had rental props both commercial and resi for over 20yrs. In that time I've only had 1 crackhead rip the copper pies out to scrap but even then my insurance company paid to replumb the entire house. I manage my own properties but there are also plenty of prop management companies that will screen tenants, collect rent etc and even absorb the loss of court costs, unpaid rents, evictions, etc. The props i have in FL have both doubled in value since I bought them and the are fully paid off via tenant rent. Housing prices only impact those who are trying to buy or sell. The rent comes in every month regardless of the market. Really don't need immediate liquidity because of the constant cash inflow, unlike stocks that you sometimes have to wait years to recover after a downturn, if at all. With stocks you are always relying on someone else with your money, which I have learned over the years is a fool's errand. Trump made his fortune in real estate, if you got the drive you can do it... I have two props that clear $10k/year that cost me $52k each but are now worth $100k each. The average person can't make that kind of return in the stock market. I'll do you one better, I got a property for $27k that's valued at the PVA for $75K. Got it inspected, only very minor things to repair. Brand new mechanicals, no leaks, brand new metal roof. And oh yea, the PVA's numbers are always low, so fair market is $90K or so. I'd sell it, but I'd rather keep it as my new home and garage/machine shop. How long would it have taken you to accumulate that kind of equity in the stock market? 25 years? |
