Menstrual cups and period underwear offer sustainable options for women
The days of plastic tampons and pads could be numbered and New Zealand companies are leading the way.

Companies such as Hello Cup and I am Eva are offering modern takes on reusable period products, taking advantage of growing concerns over waste and a greater willingness to talk about women's menstruation.

Annie Shaw started using a menstrual cup three years ago when she embarked on her OE.

On average, women have 480 periods, use 12,000 tampons or pads and spill 14 litres of blood during their life.

Re: Menstrual cups and period underwear offer sustainable options for women
14000 ml divided by 480 periods would be 30ml per period.
That’s only 2 tablespoons of blood per period.
Lol my periods aren’t even that heavy and I bleed that in just the first half an hour every month.
Those menstrual cups only hold about 30ml.
Lol 30ml.
And no, it doesn’t fluctuate with age until you hit menopause. My first period was the same as now.

I hope they will soon design a cup with a little guillotine in it, to thank a rapist for his services.

You stalkers have all the pics...
Satanists going through my trash just to clone me to rape me more.
You’re sick.

Gotta thank Rika for the tip tho, spending 10 minutes scraping my already bleeding vagina trying to remove that thing is really worth the few cotton balls the earth saves...
Those cups are stupid.

Could you make hemp or bamboo tampons?
And stop making plastic applicators. The recycled cardboard ones are sufficient. No spoiled cunt needs pearly multi-coloured applicators made of plastic.

It does fluctuate. You are just generally blessed.

And no way am I doing sustainable unless the world ends. I am in labor every month. That crap isn’t going to remind me that next month comes too soon.

Back in the olden days diapers and home made pads were washed out, soaked in cold water and then boiled before drying.
