yes it is an fairly soon.. but per the BAD title to this thread... they never cause extinction... and man goes thru them mostly fine.

is there any way we can speed this up? Earth is way over due for a good cleaning.

The last 5 pole flips have caused mass extinctions on this planet. Oxygen is ionised by the solar wind and striped off the atmosphere. No one will tell u this as it would cause mass panic.

So you are saying that degrees are needed to do things? Just to be clear, I have no degree and no HS diploma, yet I worked for Fortune 500 companies for the last 25 years in IT Security (Compaq, HP, etc...) and had 2 US and EU Patents from 2 security programs I programmed/developed. I taught myself how to program in 1992 (Borland C++) on a 286 whilst working in a COMSEC Vault in the US Military in which I was the custodian.

My point, degrees just help you get more money (sometimes) and to say someone must be trained to understand / convey everything he does is ludicrous. Look at his web page and go check out all the apps they (collectively) have developed just for EQ's alone - Gobberments can't even match this and the kicker is that he is using their data to predict (and other things) EQ's or at least come as close as possible to predict them.

I am NOT knowledgeable in the Sun, EQ's, etc... but I understand a hell of a lot more now that I have been a member of SO's (for the last 6 months) and when I look at the graphs put out by the Gov, I can look at them and understand it a lot more

Thx for the info AC! What people do NOT understand is that knowledge of things may not save their life, but it will give them a fighting chance to survive, and because it has happened in the past, the question isn't if, but when it will happen next. I bet the most people don't even realize that the Magnetic South Pole isn't even on Antarctica now but sitting in the Ocean and moving towards Brazil...and the Magnetic North Pole is almost in Siberia. Another thing, do people know that the Governments change GPS's every 5 years, but had to change them a year early (this year) because the poles are moving so fast?

Yep, but I think Ben is aiming this at the fact that they are not even looking at rebuttals. From the one with Faris, he didn't want folks going on there to confuse what Faris is doing vs. what the gubberment does - basically keeping the focus on Faris.
