Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump · Jul 17, 2012
For the sake of transparency, @BarackObama should release all his college applications and transcripts--both from Occidental and Columbia.
And today.........
He's suing Deutsche Bank to keep his finances hidden - just declared Mueller shouldn't testify - His top cop just ignored a subpoena to appear before Congress - Threatened to sue his own schools - Mnuchin is now breaking the law to keep his tax returns hidden
What a hypocritical POS.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77021644 It's totally expected because the demo rats have been inventing pre·tend evidences playing their political game. This is questionable in the figments of Demo rat's imaginations, there is dreamlike proof that has to be investigated. Demo rats are witnessing the cold slap of reality and having nightmares and hallucinations about their make-believe hoax. Quoting: MrCoolone OMG!! Hahahhah hahahaha hahahahhhahlolololollhahahahah Demo rats! You are soooo clever. So funny! I can't believe you thought of that. You are killing me! LOLOLOL hahahahahah! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77021644 Demo ratic Congress was demanding that the IRS commissioner break the law by their request. Congress is the legislative branch of government and was lacking a legitimate legislative purpose. Congress is not the judicial branch of government and not a “law enforcement agency”. Therefore Congress should not seek information to uncover or expose crimes. There is no law stating that Trump has to release taxes. The law says the IRS commissioner is the responsible official. The demo rats are just sore losers trying to sow discourse. Refer to Watkins v. United States and Kilbourn v. Thompson where it is stated multiple times it must be “legitimate task of the Congress” and noted that Congress is not a “law enforcement agency” that can seek information to uncover or expose crimes. Quoting: MrCoolone Valid points. And I applaud your citing sources. Here is something else to think about. From an article refering your some logic..... So the president holds all the cards? In the short term, yes. But Congress still has the ultimate trump card: impeachment. Should it choose to start impeachment proceedings, the House could ultimately find that the Treasury secretary, the president, or both committed an impeachable offense in withholding the president’s tax returns for improper reasons. For this, there is some historical precedent. The impeachment charges adopted by the House Judiciary Committee against President Richard M. Nixon included allegations that he improperly withheld information from Congress. [ link to www.politico.com (secure)]
