You never see a female to male attempting to compete against men.

A lot of this shit falls on the shoulders of the Womens liberation movement. At some point ladies will have to accept the fact that physically men are dominant and step back so that men can handle this shit. There's no good outcome now. This has been allowed to progress too far.
