If the Seminary school accepts any public funding or is a 503-C institution, oops, this is illegal. If they are a true private entity this is not an issue.

Every Southern Baptist church is full of fat black women with big hats. So, I'm really confused about this pew research study, but it also says "other" as being a more percentage than actually white people..

Idk about what Pew Research says, I see white people going to churches that say Southern Baptist on them. I myself don't go in these.

I don't have a problem with it. If it get's folks working then it's a good thing double standard or not. I do however wonder if it will be black owned businesses or if they'll allow white owned companies to hire there. Can't have those racist honkies offering folks jobs.

I saw what the Roman Catholics did to my Catholic relatives in Chicago, using them for decades to start, fund and teach catechism to a parallel latino congregation that had masses a few hours later than the English speakers, in their same building!

That fixes half the problem. But the other half is that minority employers should be forced to consider white candidates along with the nonwhites. This job fair gives all employers the opportunity to avoid that moral (but unfortunately not legal) responsibility.

White women should sue. They are members of the protected "female" class, and this job fair deprives them of the right to be considered.

White men can't sue. We have no protected class status, no particular legal rights to violate. The only way for us is to leave their business, I mean, "church". Don't be customers, don't ever drop a nickel in their collection plates.
