I've been tapering for months, and now today was the last dose. I have a small supply for emergency use only, and instructions to call him if I resort to that. Cognitive behavior therapy is a great thing if adhered to consistently. If you are on benzos, ask your doctor about cognitive behavior therapy, and if your doctor can't help you with that, find another doctor. The drugs do not have to be a forever answer to anxiety. You can do this. Thread: Psychiatrist or Psychologist, the craziest person in the room is them. |
