I stir it in garlic, chilly, onions, spices (powdered and raw). Then I dump pulped tomatoes on it and continue stirring it until the meat absorbs the smell and flavor of everything in the pot.

Raw meat may be good for you but the benefits may not be worth the risk of parasites. If you get parasites it will not only undo any benefits but also leave you with a problem that will be difficult to resolve.
