I was told years ago that raw meat is really good for you, but I also know it frequently is infested with worms and other parasites.
How do you handle it?
Smoke it? Boil at a low temp? Put in a blender with potent herbs?
Quoting: SpringLeak Raw meat, raw sushi, bleh..... That's for poor desperate people. Say yes to parasites. Hot cooked food is where it's at. With gravy, sauerkraut, dumplings, cheese sauce, garlic, need I go on.
