eat pickles and vinegar and cayenne and other things parasites hate. You can minimize them and keep them out of your system all together once you make your body system environment not pleasant for them. as well kosher your meat by salt brine soak or apple cider soak to detox the flesh before preparing.
they hate garlic too so there are many things not welcoming for parasites.
Do not eat pork or chicken raw which are especially prone to parasites.
