Raw Meat Is Fine To Eat.
Its one of the most healthiest things to eat on earth.
I eat it 100% raw sometimes.... No parasites... Im not dead.
Eat Cereal in the morning... hungry 1 hour later.
Eat fruit in the morning... hungry 2 hours later.
Eat meat in the morning ... hungry 5-8 hours later.
Meat satisfies your body with nutrients.... like no other... and raw meat... has the most....
Just make sure it has no-hormones, no-gmo, organic, ideally grass fed... if you are eating beef.
