When someone wrecked your perception of reality, meaning; Denying & Remake your personal feelings, your experiences & your memories, they easily can take full control of your wheel completely, steering your boat into shallow waters to suit their needs and feed their unholy pleasures. Stuck, afraid and unable to move forward. Feeling worthless and believing that you deserve it. Pain is Pain and Damage is Damage no matter in what shape or form it comes in, physically or psychologically. Bruises and bones that slowly heals or invisible scars that never sees the day. When they come back and turn their beautiful nice lights on, we forgive and forget so easily. This is how we keep enabling them to continue their toxic behavior, we forget that WE HAVE THE POWER and the RIGHT to let go of them, the right to Choose Our Choice. We keep making excuses for their behaviors, tell ourselves that they didn't mean it, believe their words that the fault is always ours. Why do we do this? Because, We so desperately want them to approve of us, see us, hear us, and to Love Us! This is all a representation of a wound that was made long ago, keep trying to fill that void but we go back to what we know and what think we deserve. The thing is, You don't need someone else's approval, you need Your Own approval.
