I tossed 15 pair yesterday. Cut em up before I put them in the can. Two pair were almost 20 years old. Nice collection of leather, suede, customs and sailor Jerry’s. I only have one pair of shoes left right now that I use to mow the lawn. I have no idea what in hell I’m gonna wear now. Almost every shoe company is a subsidiary of Nike or has a ‘pride’ collection. Yeah, I had to give up on Converse. I used to go to their website where you can design your own shoes and get them personalized. During the Bush era I would get them personalized with 'NeoCons' for the double meaning.

Luckily New Balance has the same design your own shoe option on their website.

It's actually a better shoe. I liked my Chuck's but there was no arch support, very little cushion and the canvas is really fucking thin these days.
