The EMPCOE definitely ain't happening this year. We're already in August and unless it's gon' speed up by, like, infinity, it ain't happening this year. Days are only lagging by seven minutes, the weather isn't bad enough, the skies aren't bad enough. It won't speed up likecrazy in just four months. If it was going to, it woulda happened much sooner. The EMCPOE is going to happen but it won't be this year. 2040 makes a lot of sense right now. Agenda 21 ends in 2030, afterall. Eitherway, it's highly unlikely this year and I hope we have a few decades left...
