It's too depressing for me. It reminds me of going to school in the morning. However, ai love BGM 2. It reminds me of getting into a bathtub on a cold night, but I don't know why. Quoting: NintendoDeerPark 77167530 BTW: I made a typo. I typed ai instead of I because I hit A instead of Caps Lock. I'm just sayin'. |

User ID: 12343871 United States 05/20/2019 02:21 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | "Always endeavour to fight the enemy on your own terms. If you outnumber the foe use reserves to break through when the enemy's overstretched lines collapse. If you are outnumbered then concentrate your forces so that the enemy can fight only your best troops. If you are powerful at close quarters then engage in dense terrain where your advantage will prove greatest. If you are superior at long range then attack along an extended front. Remember always, however, that a commander who puts his faith in heavy weaponry will be easily outmaneuvered and a commander who relies on close combat without adequate support will lose his force to disciplined fire. No one has ever won a battle who failed to take advantage of his enemy's weakness, or take heed of his own." - Solar Macharius Tried starting @ 1:57:28. I remember just like burning a CD of it to listen to for fun! Quoting: Geraldgar I still crank that shit up and blast it on the weekends in front of the bars and nightclubs. Gotta let the nerd rage some how some way. NintendoDeerPark (OP) User ID: 77167530 United States 05/21/2019 11:46 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The saddest video game music I've ever heard was during the water stages of Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3. Every time I hear that music it reminds me of a friend of mine leaving and me never seeing that friend again. One friend in particular was an intern teacher I met from another class when I went to middle school during the 1986/'87 semester. Early the next year she left and I never saw her again. When I hear that particular music it makes me miss her. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77167530 Every time I hear that music I have a hard time getting it out of my head. |

Instant memory floods and a sinking depressing feeling of regret and sorrow. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77425397 You win. One of my all-time favorite games and all of the music was excellent. I need to replay that one. It's been a long time. More deplorable all the time. |

Journey by Austin Wintory... Saddest gaming experience I've had was Rime by Tequila Works. Such a moving experience with no speaking like many of my favorite games. The end had me bawling! Amazing how far we've come from pong, that a game can help us understand what it's like to lose someone... Even a child. :memorybanner: |

NintendoDeerPark (OP) User ID: 77167530 United States 05/25/2019 09:32 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Kirby Mass Attack has some depressing tracks. Dark Clouds is very depressing. It's not just the chords I find depressing. It's the melody too. Another depressing track is Underground which is only heard in Stage 1-4. Notebook Notes, which, by the way, plays following the closing credits when they show you how many fruits you collected and how many enemies you defeated and all that, is pretty depressing. Quoting: NintendoDeerPark 77167530 I was watching a Let's Play of MasaeAnela playing Kirby Mass Attack, and she said she doesn't like Dark Clouds or Underground either. LuckySevenDX said the Underground music track was "haunting." I find it depressing, in spite of what LuckySevenDX says. |
NintendoDeerPark (OP) User ID: 77167530 United States 05/25/2019 09:40 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I don't like the music in Peach's Castle in New Super Mario Bros. U. Unlike in the other worlds, the music in Peach's Castle has minor chords. It starts out in F minor, then it increases to F# minor and finally to G minor before going back down to F# minor, and the four chords repeat themselves. |

NintendoDeerPark (OP) User ID: 77167530 United States 06/06/2019 02:55 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I don't like the music in the castle of Nimbus Land in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars before defeating the boss of Nimbus Land and restoring peace to the town. First of all, the music is depressing and second of all, you hear what sounds like a dog barking in the background which, I might add, is extremely annoying. When you reenter the castle after defeating the boss you'll find that the music doesn't change at all. The Nimbus Land music continues to play. |
