I can't stand BGM 1 in the Game Gear version of Columns. It's too depressing for me. It reminds me of going to school in the morning. However, ai love BGM 2. It reminds me of getting into a bathtub on a cold night, but I don't know why.

BTW: I made a typo. I typed ai instead of I because I hit A instead of Caps Lock. I'm just sayin'.

Wtf you use caps lock instead of shift to caps I?

Because I'm typing on a cell phone. There is no shift key.

I gotta say the Red Alert Music was damn good. I remember just like burning a CD of it to listen to for fun!

I still crank that shit up and blast it on the weekends in front of the bars and nightclubs. Gotta let the nerd rage some how some way.

Another damn good OST, this one slipped through the net, until one day unearthing this artifact

Every time I hear that music I have a hard time getting it out of my head.

You win. One of my all-time favorite games and all of the music was excellent. I need to replay that one. It's been a long time.

The 1st few minutes of Shenmue for the sega dreamcast .... Not sure if it's depressing or whatever but it does take me back to the Summer of 2000. I lived and breathed this game. kinda makes me sad that I can never go back

Final Fantasy 7, 8, 10... Journey by Austin Wintory...

Saddest gaming experience I've had was Rime by Tequila Works. Such a moving experience with no speaking like many of my favorite games.

The end had me bawling!



Amazing how far we've come from pong, that a game can help us understand what it's like to lose someone... Even a child.

I was watching a Let's Play of MasaeAnela playing Kirby Mass Attack, and she said she doesn't like Dark Clouds or Underground either. LuckySevenDX said the Underground music track was "haunting." I find it depressing, in spite of what LuckySevenDX says.

I don't like the music in Peach's Castle in New Super Mario Bros. U. Unlike in the other worlds, the music in Peach's Castle has minor chords. It starts out in F minor, then it increases to F# minor and finally to G minor before going back down to F# minor, and the four chords repeat themselves.

The music in the Desert Palace of The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds is pretty depressing.

I don't like the music in the castle of Nimbus Land in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars before defeating the boss of Nimbus Land and restoring peace to the town. First of all, the music is depressing and second of all, you hear what sounds like a dog barking in the background which, I might add, is extremely annoying. When you reenter the castle after defeating the boss you'll find that the music doesn't change at all. The Nimbus Land music continues to play.

The music you hear in The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the past when it's storming outside and before rescuing Princess Zelda is pretty depressing.
